A retainer where I only win if you win.

Most fractional CMOs get paid the same whether your revenue grows or not. That's not how this works. Part of how I'm paid is tied directly to the growth we create together.

A monthly retainer that's fair

You pay a monthly retainer to cover the ongoing engagement - sessions, hub, WhatsApp support, and everything in the plan. Priced to reflect work, not to pad a fee.

A 15% performance element tied to growth

At 12 months, we measure the revenue growth against where you started. A 15% percentage of that growth is the performance fee. Your retainer already counts toward it.

The fee only applies above the retainer value

The performance fee kicks in on growth above a set baseline. If the revenue we generate together doesn't exceed the retainer value, nothing extra is owed. You don't pay twice.
