Day 1
Arrival & Connection
Fly into Porto on Monday morning and you're in the room by mid-afternoon. Our spa hotel sits around 20 minutes from Porto Airport, right on the river opposite Porto Old Town. We open at 3pm with a relaxed introductions session where you'll get to know your fellow mastermind members and set the tone for the week ahead. Then we head out together for a group welcome dinner. There's no teaching and there are no hot seats on day one... just good food and real conversation. Transformation requires trust, and trust takes time to build.
Day 2
Hot Seat Intensive (Part 1)
This is where the magic begins.
You sit down, with other business owners who have zero emotional attachment to your business and they look at it with fresh eyes. For 90 minutes, your business gets the full attention of the room. Not surface-level feedback, not polite nodding, real questions that cut through to the challenge you've been too close to see.

I don't teach during these sessions. I facilitate. The group doesn't give advice, we coach. Together, we help each person find their own answers... the ones you'll actually implement because they came from within.

Day 3
Hot Seat Intensive (Part 2)
By now the group has gelled. The trust built on Day 1 and tested on Day 2 means the conversations go deeper. The insights get sharper and people stop being polite and start being really useful.
This is the day where the breakthroughs tend to happen. Not because of anything I do, but because when a group of smart people spend two days immersed in each other's businesses, patterns start appearing that none of you could see alone.

Day 4
Implement & Experience
The morning is dedicated implementation time. Your hot seat gave you clarity, and this is where you act on it while the ideas are still fresh... with the whole room on hand to test your thinking and clear any blockers as you work. Then we down tools and head out for one single afternoon experience together, with everyone back at the hotel at a sensible hour. Day 5
Planning and Commitment
Our final full day together...
- A full planning session that turns the week's ideas into a plan with real dates against each action

The Venue - Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel
I chose a spa hotel on the Gaia side of the Douro River, opposite Porto Old Town and around 20 minutes from Porto Airport.
The hotel boasts 150 rooms and suites, the famous 1638 Restaurant & Wine Bar, terrace and 3-Star Michelin Chef. Our meeting room will be well equipped and breaks always allow us to enjoy the stunning views.
The Tivoli Spa has treatment rooms, including a couple’s room, Relaxation Room, Sauna and Steam Room. Indoor and outdoor pools, together with a well equipped gym on site is freely available for use during your stay.
The idea of us being in this amazing hotel all together is to remove yourself from your daily environment to focus on your business. In this setting your brain works differently. Bringing Your Partner?
Rooms are doubles, so your partner is welcome to join you for an additional fee. This covers their accommodation, breakfast each morning, our Monday and Friday evening group dinners, and the Thursday afternoon experience.
Partners are welcome to sit in on mastermind group sessions but won't participate in the mastermind hot seats. If they'd like full mastermind participation and separate hot seats, the standard ticket price applies.

Common Questions
What's included in the price?
Your hotel room at the spa hotel (5 nights - check in Monday and check out Saturday), breakfast each morning, lunch on Tuesday through Friday, all mastermind sessions across the week, the Thursday afternoon experience, and our group dinners on Monday and Friday evenings. Flights and the remaining evening meals are at your own cost. The hotel is around 20 minutes from Porto Airport, and both Uber and the hotel can arrange transfers for you. Should you wish to extend your stay, arrangements can be made at additional cost direct with the hotel. The hotel featured on this page is the Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel and is subject to final confirmation.
Do I need to fly into Porto?
Yes. Porto Airport (OPO) is the closest airport, around 20 minutes from the hotel. Fly in on Monday morning and you'll be settled in well before our 3pm opening session. Exact start and finish times are published well in advance, so booking your flights is simple. The hotel can help arrange transfers to and from the airport at either end of your stay.
I've never done a mastermind. Will I get value from it?
If you meet the criteria above and you're willing to show up honestly, yes. Several past participants had never done a mastermind before and described it as the most impactful business experience they'd had. The format is designed so that everyone contributes and everyone benefits, regardless of mastermind experience.
What's the investment?
Your place is £9,942 +VAT, which covers everything listed on this page. Monthly instalment plans are available once your application has been accepted, and paying in full in advance saves you 10%. We'll walk through the options together as part of your application.
What if my business is different from everyone else's?
That's actually an advantage. The diversity of businesses in the room means you get perspectives you'd never find inside your own industry. Business challenges are business challenges. The group helps you see yours from angles you haven't considered. As an example from those featured above, Kevin runs a property education business. Aileen runs a coaching business. Arturo works in the medical sector. The cross-pollination is one of the most valuable parts.
What happens after the 5 days?
You leave with a 90-day action plan and an accountability partner from the group. I also check in with all participants after the event to see how implementation is going. The relationships you build here tend to last well beyond the 5 days.
What's the cancellation policy?
If you pay a deposit and then decide before our first conversation that it's not right for you, I'll refund the deposit. I'd rather have the right people in the room than hold someone to a payment they're not comfortable with. Any deposit after your place is confirmed will be non-refundable according to the event terms linked below.
Can I bring my partner?
Yes. Details on the partner supplement will be given on request.
