Day 1
Arrival & Connection
You arrive and meet in a designated meeting place in Porto, right by the river. You'll meet all your other fellow mastermind members and get to know them before the transport arrives.
You will take a journey to the Octant Douro Spa Hotel that sits on the banks of the Douro River. By the time you arrive, you've left your business behind and you're ready to work ON it, not IN it.
Evening welcome drinks. No content. No hot seats. Just human connection. Because transformation requires trust, and trust requires time to build.
Day 2
Hot Seat Intensive (Part 1)
This is where the magic begins. Hot seat sessions. 90 minutes each. You'll witness (and contribute to) complete business transformations.
I don't teach. I facilitate. The group doesn't give advice. We coach. Together, we help each person find their own answers - the ones they'll actually implement.
Day 3
Hot Seat Intensive (Part 2)
More hot seats. By now, the group has gelled. The insights get deeper. The breakthroughs get bigger.
Each person gets their 90 minutes in the hot seat across these two days. No rushing. No surface-level advice. Deep work that changes everything.
Then in the evening, we enjoy a group dinner for those who want to continue conversations.
Day 4
The Bonding Day
No hot seat or mastermind sessions. This is mandatory.
We'll either take a boat to a vineyard for wine tasting and traditional Portuguese food, or another riverside activity.
This isn't a day off. This is where real relationships form. Where future partnerships begin. Where the transformation integrates.

Day 5
Integration and Commitment
Our final day together...
- Morning: Goal setting for the next 90 days

Bring Your Partner: As accommodation will be provided as double rooms, you will be able to bring your partner with you for an additional supplement of £1,750+VAT. This will provide them access to the hotel, the same bed and breakfast accommodation, plus an invitation to join us for the evening meal on the Wednesday night and our activity day on Thursday. They have the choice to join the meetings also, but will not be able to join the mastermind conversations themselves. Full price will be required to pay for them to join these meetings.
IMPORTANT: If paying by deposit payment, the full balance equalling a further amount of £8,500+vat will be due before 1st June 2026. Failure to make this deadline will mean you lose this deposit and will not be able to attend.
