I'm Ant Hodges. I've spent 20+ years building and scaling online businesses... my own and my clients'.

Day 1
Arrival & Connection
You arrive and meet in a designated meeting place in Porto, right by the river. You'll meet all your other fellow mastermind members and get to know them before the transport arrives. You will take a journey to the Octant Douro Spa Hotel that sits on the banks of the Douro River. By the time you arrive, you've left your business behind and you're ready to work ON it, not IN it. Evening welcome drinks. No content. No hot seats. Just human connection. Because transformation requires trust, and trust requires time to build.
Day 2
Hot Seat Intensive (Part 1)
This is where the magic begins.
You sit down, with other business owners who have zero emotional attachment to your business and they look at it with fresh eyes. For 90 minutes, your business gets the full attention of the room. Not surface-level feedback, not polite nodding, real questions that cut through to the challenge you've been too close to see.
- "Why are you still running that offer when this one makes you three times the profit?"
- "You know that bottleneck you think is a traffic problem? Could it be a messaging problem?"

These are the conversations that don't happen on Zoom calls. They happen when people are in the room with you, fully invested, with nothing to sell you and no reason to hold back.
I don't teach during these sessions. I facilitate. The group doesn't give advice, we coach. Together, we help each person find their own answers... the ones you'll actually implement because they came from within.

Day 3
Hot Seat Intensive (Part 2)
By now the group has gelled. The trust built on Day 1 and tested on Day 2 means the conversations go deeper. The insights get sharper and people stop being polite and start being really useful.
This is the day where the breakthroughs tend to happen. Not because of anything I do, but because when a group of smart people spend two days immersed in each other's businesses, patterns start appearing that none of you could see alone.
The person who had their hot seat yesterday now spots something in YOUR business that mirrors what they just solved in theirs. That cross-pollination is what makes a real mastermind different from coaching. You're not getting one perspective from a guru leading from the front, you're getting the perspectives of everyone else in the room - from people on the same journey as you.
In the evening, we enjoy a group dinner for those who want to continue the conversations, and they always do. Some of the best thinking from our Portugal masterminds has happened over a glass of wine with the river behind us.
Day 4
The Bonding Day
No hot seat or mastermind sessions. This is mandatory. We'll either take a boat to a vineyard for wine tasting and traditional Portuguese food, or another riverside activity. This isn't a day off. This is where real relationships form. Where future partnerships begin. Where the transformation integrates. As Arturo said... "The bonding day was crucial. Those relaxed conversations created connections I still rely on today."
Day 5
Integration and Commitment
Our final day together...

Bringing Your Partner?
Rooms are doubles, so your partner is welcome to join you for an additional $2,497. This covers their accommodation, breakfast each morning, our Wednesday evening group dinner, and the Thursday activity day.
Partners are welcome to sit in on mastermind group sessions but won't participate in the mastermind hot seats. If they'd like full mastermind participation and separate hot seats, the standard ticket price applies.
Deposit Payment Terms:
If paying by deposit, the remaining balance of $9,500 is due by 1st June 2026.

Common Questions
What's included in the price?
Your hotel room at the Octant Douro (4 nights - Check in Monday 14th September and Check out Friday 18th September), breakfast each morning, all mastermind sessions across the 5 days, our group dinner on Wednesday evening, the bonding day activity on Thursday, and group transport from Porto to the hotel and back. Flights, lunches, and other evening meals are at your own cost. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and there are other options nearby. Should you wish to extend your stay, arrangements can be made at additional costs direct with the hotel.
Do I need to fly into Porto?
Yes. Porto Airport (OPO) is the closest airport. You'll be given a meeting place location and time for meeting other mastermind members on Monday 14th September. From this meeting place, group transport to the Octant Douro Spa Hotel will be arranged and this is where your mastermind starts. You don't need to sort your own travel to the hotel. The hotel can assist with arrangements of transport back to the airport on the day you choose to leave once the mastermind ends.
I've never done a mastermind before. Will I get value from this?
If you meet the criteria above and you're willing to show up honestly, yes. Several past participants had never done a mastermind before and described it as the most impactful business experience they'd had. The format is designed so that everyone contributes and everyone benefits, regardless of mastermind experience.
What if my business is different from everyone else's?
That's actually an advantage. The diversity of businesses in the room means you get perspectives you'd never find inside your own industry. Business challenges are business challenges. The group helps you see yours from angles you haven't considered. As an example from those featured above, Kevin runs a property education business. Aileen runs a coaching business. Arturo works in the medical sector. The cross-pollination is one of the most valuable parts.
What happens after the 5 days?
You leave with a 90-day action plan and an accountability partner from the group. I also check in with all participants after the event to see how implementation is going. The relationships you build here tend to last well beyond the 5 days.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full details are in the event terms linked at the bottom of this page. If you pay a deposit and then decide before our first conversation that it's not right for you, I'll refund the deposit. I'd rather have the right people in the room than hold someone to a payment they're not comfortable with.
