Once a year, the whole group meets in Porto for 5 days and 5 nights.
By the time you leave, you'll have complete clarity on the one strategy that takes your business to the next level.

Arrival & Connection
Fly into Porto on Monday morning and you're in the room by mid-afternoon.
Your private transfer meets you at Porto Airport and takes you around 20 minutes to our spa hotel, right on the river opposite Porto Old Town. No need to flag down a taxi.
We open at 3pm with a formal opening session where you'll get to know your fellow mastermind members and set the tone for the week ahead. Then we head out together for a group welcome dinner. There are no hot seats on day one... just good food and real conversation. Transformation requires trust, and trust takes time to build.
DAY 2 Ā· TUESDAY 28 SEPTEMBER

This is where the magic begins.Ā
You sit down, with otherĀ business owners who have zero emotional attachment to your business and they look at it with fresh eyes. For 90 minutes, your business gets the full attention of the room. Not surface-level feedback, not polite nodding, real questions that cut throughĀ to the challenge you've been too close to see.

The morning is dedicated implementation time. Your hot seat gave you clarity, and this is where you act on it while the ideas are still fresh... with the whole room on hand to test your thinking and clear any blockers as you work. Then we down tools and head out for one single afternoon experience together, with everyone back at the hotel at a sensible hour. Planning & Commitment
Our final full day together...

I chose a spa hotel on the Gaia side of the Douro River, opposite Porto Old Town and around 20 minutes from Porto Airport.
The hotel boasts 150 rooms and suites, the famous 1638 Restaurant & Wine Bar, terrace and 3-Star Michelin Chef. Our meeting room will be well equipped and breaks always allow us to enjoy the stunning views.
The Tivoli Spa has treatment rooms, including a coupleās room, Relaxation Room, Sauna and Steam Room. Indoor and outdoor pools, together with a well equipped gym on site is freely available for use during your stay.
The idea of us being in this amazing hotel all together is to remove yourself from your daily environment to focus on your business. In this setting your brain works differently. You see solutions you couldn't see before. It's how every serious transformation programme in the world works. Distance creates clarity.
Bringing Your Partner?
Rooms are doubles, so your partner is welcome to join you for an additional fee. This covers their accommodation, breakfast each morning, our Monday and Friday evening group dinners, and the Thursday afternoon experience.
Partners are welcome to sit in on group sessions, but they won't take part in the hot seats. If they'd like full mastermind participation and their own hot seat, they'll need their own membership.

What's included in the price?
Your 12-month membership covers the monthly mastermind group calls, a 45-minute 1:1 call with me every month, 4 Quarterly Business Reviews, the 2-day spring mastermind in the UK, and 5 days in Porto. You also get the private Inner Circle WhatsApp group, plus full access to the Simplify Business Community and all of my training.
For the UK event, your travel and accommodation are at your own cost.
For Porto, it covers private transfers from Porto Airport to the hotel and back, your hotel room at the spa hotel (5 nights, check in Monday and check out Saturday), breakfast each morning, lunch Tuesday to Friday, all mastermind sessions, the Thursday afternoon experience, and our group dinners on Monday and Friday evenings. Flights and the remaining evening meals are at your own cost. Should you wish to extend your stay, you can arrange it direct with the hotel at additional cost. The hotel featured on this page is the Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel and is subject to final confirmation.
How does the Quarterly Business Review work?
Every quarter you'll complete a short review of where your business is and send it over to me. I'll send back my written thoughts on what's working and what needs to change. Then we'll pick it up together on your next monthly 1:1.
Do I need to fly into Porto?
Yes. Porto Airport (OPO) is the closest airport, around 20 minutes from the hotel. Fly in on Monday morning and you'll be settled in well before our 3pm opening session. Exact start and finish times are published well in advance, so booking your flights is simple. Your private transfers from the airport to the hotel and back are included, so there's nothing to arrange once you land.
I've never done a mastermind. Will I get value from it?
If you meet the criteria above and you're willing to show up honestly, yes. Several past participants had never done a mastermind before and described it as the most impactful business experience they'd had. The format is designed so that everyone contributes and everyone benefits, regardless of mastermind experience.
What's the investment?
You can pay Ā£24,000 in one payment, and your joining fee is waived. Or you can pay a Ā£5,000 joining fee, then 10 monthly payments of Ā£2,000. Both options include everything listed on this page. All prices include VAT.
How do I join?

Our first conversation is there to answer that before you pay anything. And once you've joined, your first step is an intake call with me. If it becomes clear on that call that the Inner Circle isn't the right fit, you'll get a full refund of everything you've paid.
What's the cancellation policy?
Your membership is a 12-month commitment that starts the day you join. After your intake call, that commitment stands for the full year. If you're on the monthly plan and decide to leave partway through, the remaining instalments are still due. If you paid in full, no refund is given. What if my business is different from everyone else's?
That's actually an advantage. The diversity of businesses in the room means you get perspectives you'd never find inside your own industry. Business challenges are business challenges.
