Your business grew. Somewhere along the way it started needing you for everything.
Look at last week honestly. How many hours went on work that only you could do, and how many of those actually needed your decades of human judgement?
In your business right now, there is a decision sitting in somebody's inbox waiting for your nod. There are four offers on your website and two of them have not sold since last year. There is a funnel that somebody built in a hurry, and nobody is entirely sure which part of it produces revenue.
None of this happened through carelessness. It happened because every piece of advice you followed for a decade or more, told you to add something extra to your business.
Those voices are from many trusted sources, but also those that believe that hustle and complexity are the ways to grow a business. I don't believe this.
A business that needs you for everything can't grow past you, and it quietly takes the thing away from you that formed the reason you started it for. The freedom goes first, then the enjoyment, and eventually you are running something you would not choose to buy.
What I have watched happen for over twenty years is much simpler than the popular advice suggests. The businesses that grow fastest are the ones willing to remove things. They are the ones that simplified to one offer, one funnel, one traffic source, and the discipline to commit fully to them - to get them unstuck. Then they scaled up from there.
The Simplify Day is where we do that work together, on your business, in one focused block of time.
What changes by the end of your Simplify Day
1.
A business model built around your life
Success gets defined by you before anything else is designed. Your income goal, your available hours, your energy and your constraints. The model fits those realities rather than fighting them.
2.
One clear offer, priced with confidence
You leave with a core offer that delivers a real transformation, priced at a premium that reflects its value, and a smaller entry offer that makes the first yes easy.
3.
A conversation that makes sales
You will know how buyers find you, what happens in the conversation right before they buy, and how to guide it naturally. Selling becomes prescribing the right next step for somebody you genuinely understand.
4.
A business that runs with less of you in the middle
Roles clarified, tools consolidated, bottlenecks removed. Work stops queuing behind your inbox, and your team gets a plan they can follow.
5.
A 90-day plan you can start on Monday
Every decision from the day lands in a written plan. The first two weeks mapped in detail, with clear milestones across the ninety days that follow.
Picture the Monday morning,
90Â days after your time with me.
You open a document you wrote yourself, with me, and it tells you exactly what this week is for. The first fortnight was mapped in detail and you have already worked through it, so you know the plan holds.
There is one offer on your site now. You can explain it in a sentence, you know precisely what it is worth to the person buying it, and you charge accordingly without your voice changing when you say the number.
Somebody enquires on Wednesday. You have a conversation rather than a pitch, because you know which questions to ask and where that conversation naturally goes. They buy, and neither of you felt sold to.
Your team knows their priorities without checking with you first, because the roles got clarified on the day and the work stopped queuing behind your inbox.
On Friday you look at three numbers, and those three numbers tell you whether it was a good week. Then you close the laptop.
Camilla said that her business was "consuming" her - not any more
"I told Ant I had six offers, four funnels, and six virtual assistants, and somehow I was still the one everybody was waiting on to make every decision. I hated how it was consuming me. Running a business here in Texas, I’m used to moving fast, solving problems and getting things done. But somewhere along the way, the business had gotten more complicated than it needed to be.
By the end of the day, we'd cut it down to one offer, one funnel, and a team of two with a clear plan they could actually run with. The biggest thing for me was getting my time back. We mapped out how I could take two full days a week back within the next month without hurting the business. And it worked.
Revenue was already running ahead of where it had been, we'd cut a pile of unnecessary costs, and profit went from $3,500 a month to $27,800 in the first 30 days.
The toughest part was agreeing to cut things loose. Offers I'd spent time building. Parts of the funnel I thought I needed. Even people on the team I liked, but just wasn't using enough to justify keeping them around. That part wasn't easy.
But I’ve been doing business long enough to know when something’s gotten too heavy to carry. Once we stripped all the extra stuff away, the business didn’t get smaller. It got better. Turns out I didn’t need more moving parts. I needed fewer things working the way they were supposed to."

Twenty years of building the complicated versions of business for other people taught me how to build the simple one.
My name is Ant Hodges. I have spent over twenty years in marketing, most of it running agencies and leading marketing inside other people's businesses. That work has produced more than $76 million in verified client results.
My first agency closed in 2009. It closed because I had built something far more complex than it needed to be - six figures of debt landed on me personally when it failed. That experience gave me a very direct education in what complexity actually costs and the importance of the word SIMPLIFY.
What I saw going on in the marketplace, across hundreds of businesses, kept pointing the same way. The businesses who simplified were the ones generating leads and sales quickly, then scaling from a position of strength.
That became my book, Simplify the Funnel®, published by YouPreneur Press.
Spending the time with me means you get the simplified shortcuts, applied directly to your business, in a single block of focused work. Every framework we use on the day is yours to keep and use again.
"My honest thought beforehand was that I already knew most of Ant could help me with. I didn't need more marketing advice. 20 minutes in I realized knowing it and having somebody make me decide are completely different things. We made more real decisions in that day than I had made in the previous year."

"$10k felt like a lot to invest until I added up what I was spending on tools I did not use and campaigns that were never going to work. The day paid for itself out of what we stopped doing, before it earned me anything new. The Tech Audit itself gave me back over $18k per year."

What happens on the Simplify Day
Four parts of roughly two hours each. In person that is one full day together. Online, each part becomes its own session.
Define and Diagnose
We start with your definition of success and a clear-eyed look at where the business actually is. What you sell, how you sell it, where your time goes, what the numbers say, and how the business runs day to day. That includes your team structure, your systems and processes, and every tool you pay for. Using Life-First Business Design and my Simplification Decision Matrix, we score everything for complexity against benefit. What stays becomes obvious, and so does what goes. Then we agree a maximum of three priorities that will genuinely move revenue.
You leave this part with a one-page picture of your business model and three priorities linked directly to revenue growth.
The Offer
One core offer, fully architected. Who it serves, the transformation it delivers, how delivery is structured around the time you actually have, and the price - reflecting your experience and the true value of change you bring.
This should be a high-priced offer, ready to help you scale.
In addition, we'll also design a smaller "no brainer" entry offer that sits in front of it, so a buyer can start with a lower commitment and credit that investment toward the full program. And so stop building a list of freebie hunters.
You leave this part with a complete offer architecture, including pricing, payment options, and the entry offer mapped.
The Engine
Now we wrap the Minimum Viable Funnel™ around that offer. One clear path from stranger to client, with every step tied to activity you can measure. One traffic source, one no-brainer offer, one conversion event, one core offer.
For most businesses at this stage the conversion event is a human conversation, so we walk through my Selling Without Selling framework and rehearse it against your actual offer.
You leave this part with your funnel mapped on one page and a conversation framework you can use the same week.
The Plan
The final part turns decisions into a rhythm. Your typical week gets designed around your constraints, and everything currently on your plate goes through the four D's. Do, delegate, delete, or defer. If you have a team, this is where they get clear roles, clear priorities and the metrics that matter. We set the small number of figures you will check weekly, and we build the 90-day plan with the first fortnight mapped in detail.
You leave this part with a written 90-day plan, a plan your team can follow, and a weekly rhythm that protects your time.
There are two ways I deliver the Simplify Day
In person, one full day + dinner
(London or Florida)
Around eight hours of contact time in a single focused block, with proper breaks. We arrange it around travel, either when my diary brings me to you or at an agreed location. The intensity of one day creates momentum that is difficult to match when delivered online. My preferred way to deliver.
Online over Zoom in four sessions
(four different days)
The same four parts delivered as four working sessions of up to two hours each, completed within 6-12Â weeks. Momentum matters, and stretching the work beyond that window slows your progress down. The sessions will be delivered through Zoom, recorded and sent to you afterwards.
What sits around the work itself - it's more than just a day
Voice Notes
Thirty days of voice note access
The month after your day is when questions actually surface. You send a voice note whenever one does, and you get a considered answer rather than waiting for a scheduled call.
Value $2,500
Everything Captured
Full recordings, transcripts and your written plan
Everything from the day, captured and written up, delivered afterwards. You will refer back to this far more than you expect.
Value $4,997
Community Access
Three months complimentary access to the Simplify Community
AÂ live group call every Monday to keep the plan moving and implementation on track.

Two Ways to Begin - Nothing to Pay Now

Define and Diagnose, as a standalone session
Ninety minutes booked, with two hours on the calendar in case the conversation deserves it. You'll leave with your definition of success, a clear diagnosis of where the business is, and a one-page business model you can implement independently. Continue into the full day and this credits in full against the balance.
The full Simplify Day
$10,000
Everything above, in one block of work
Payable in instalments across an agreed schedule. Around eight hours of one-to-one working time, the complete business model, your 90-day plan, and everything listed above. When done in person, we'll also have dinner together (on me) to wrap up our day.
Put the number against what the complexity already costs you. Most owner-managers I work with are carrying $1,000s a year in tools nobody opens, an underutilized team, plus a far larger figure in time spent on work that should never have reached them. The day tends to pay for itself out of what you stop doing, before it earns you anything new.
I only run a few of these Simplify Days each quarter.
This is one-to-one work and it takes real preparation, so the number I can do is limited by my diary rather than by any marketing decision. When the current quarter fills, the next available date moves into the following one.
If the timing matters to you, the conversation is worth having sooner.
Start by booking a call with AntThe Part One Promise
Complete Part One with me. If you finish that session without a clear definition of success, an honest diagnosis of your business, and a one-page model you could implement on your own, tell me before you leave and I will refund the $2,000 in full.
You keep the work either way. The whole day is designed to make you independent of me, so it seems fair that the first part proves it before you commit to the rest.
Think about the single business decision you have been carrying for a over year.
Most owner-managers have one. Whether to drop the offer that no longer fits. Whether to raise the price to what the work is actually worth. Whether the person who has been nearly right for eighteen months is ever going to be right. Decisions like that rarely resolve on their own, and the delay costs considerably more than the decision would. A day with somebody whose entire job is helping you make them tends to settle several at once. And that is what the Simplify Day is all about.

Two versions of the next 12 months are sitting in front of you...
Version one
The business carries on as it is. The offers stay as they are, the tools keep renewing, the decisions keep queuing, and next year looks a lot like this one with slightly more effort in it. The struggle is real, the goals you are shooting for are defined by others and comparison is still the their of joy.
Version two
You give one day to the question of what this business is actually for. You leave with a model built around your life, one clear offer priced properly, a funnel you can draw on an envelope, a conversation that makes sales, and a written plan for the ninety days that follow.
You have already built something real. This is the day it becomes something you enjoy running again.
