- WhatsApp support - Urgent questions answered within one working day with direct access to me on WhatsApp. Leave voicenotes or send messages. You'll get voicenotes back most of the time.
- 90-day sprints - Reviewed and reset every quarter
At 12 months, we look at your revenue growth against where you started. The fee due in total for the year is 15% of that growth. Your retainer counts toward it and taken off the fee due. If we haven't grown your business by more than the retainer, then you pay nothing extra.
