The Simplify Day takes place near Ant's offices in Tampa, Florida or Central London, UK. It is also possible to meet at your offices. If travel is required, the additional time and expenses involved in travelling will simply be added and confirmed when booking.
A 12-month retained contract that covers:
- One 60-minute online session per month - 1-to-1 with you or with your team. Some clients alternate the calls.
- Full hub access - Numbers updated monthly, we make sense of them together. Your plan, sessions, and actions all in one place.
- WhatsApp support - Urgent questions answered within one working day with direct access to Ant on WhatsApp. Leave voicenotes or send messages. You'll get voicenotes back most of the time.
- 90-day sprints - Reviewed and reset every quarter. Always working to the same plan.
Need people to do the work, not just plan it?
The fractional CMO engagement covers strategy, leadership, and the plan. If you don't have a team to execute it - or you want to remove the hiring, managing, and briefing from your plate entirely - an execution team can be added to the engagement.
This is an optional additional monthly retainer. It sits outside the performance fee calculation and covers all the disciplines needed to implement the marketing plan, managed directly by Ant.

Pricing for the execution team is discussed on the discovery call and scoped to your specific requirements. The team is assembled around what the plan actually needs - not a retainer that charges for things you don't use.
If you're not sure whether you need this, the Simplify Day is the right place to find out. By the end of the day, it will be clear what execution capacity is needed and what it will cost.
At 12 months, we look at your revenue growth against where you started. The total performance fee for the year is 15% of that growth. Your retainer counts toward it and is deducted from the fee due. The fee only applies on growth above the retainer value - if what we generate together doesn't exceed it, you pay nothing extra.
