This whole notion of running a service-based business is a hard one! Trust me, I know!

I've learned from my mistakes of growing a multiple six-figure business, seeing it crash into the floor only to then go six figures, £196,000 (that's British pounds) into personal debt.

I didn't write it off. I didn't go bankrupt. I earned my way out of it.

I re-engineered my business to create what I've got today, paying off the old company's debt.

And the mistakes I made? I was hoping you could learn from me, so you don't have to make them yourself.
