The Core Idea…

A small, peer-led mastermind that focuses on what we actually need - proper time to think, challenge each other, and work through real business issues. No endless training sessions on subjects we have mastered or accomplished in our businesses, and no start up business problems.

Just established business owners giving and taking equally.

How is This Mastermind Different?

NON PROFIT MODEL

No membership or joining fees. We all chip in equally, no one's making money from it.

TRUE PEER-TO-PEER MASTERMINDING

Who Should Be Part of This?

We need people who've moved past the startup chaos and are dealing with real scaling challenges. This means businesses that have proven their model, have consistent revenue, and are focusing on growth rather than survival.

When everyone's at this stage, conversations move from "how do I find my first customers" to "how do I build the right leadership team" or "should I acquire or expand organically."

The problems are more complex, the stakes are higher, and the discussions are far more valuable because everyone understands what it actually takes to run a successful operation.

Having non-competing businesses is crucial for creating genuine openness. When there's no competitive tension, people share real numbers, actual problems, and proven strategies without holding back.

Without fellow industry peers in the room you can discuss your best marketing channels, your pricing models, or your expansion plans without worrying someone will steal your ideas.

This diversity also brings fresh perspectives - sometimes the best solution to your restaurant challenge comes from someone in software, or your retail problem gets solved by someone in professional services.

This is about showing up fully, not just when you need help.

It means being present during someone else's hot seat even when your biggest challenge has been solved. It's taking that call at 8pm when another member needs to talk through a crisis. It's sharing your failures as openly as your wins because you know someone else will learn from them.

The best masterminds work when everyone contributes their energy, experience and attention equally - not just taking notes during their own session.

Four meetings a year doesn't sound like much, but it requires real commitment. Missing even one session breaks the continuity and weakens the group dynamic.

When someone's absent, they miss the context of ongoing discussions and the group loses their perspective. Full attendance creates momentum - you can build on previous conversations, track progress on goals, and hold each other properly accountable.

It also shows respect for everyone else who's made the time. A mastermind is about being there for one another success, not just your own.

This might be the most important quality. We've all met successful business owners who think they have all the answers. That's not who we want. We need people who can hear "I think you're wrong about that" without getting defensive.

People who can admit they don't know something. People who'll try a different approach even if they're skeptical. The magic happens when someone challenges your thinking and you're secure enough to consider you might have a blind spot.

That's where real growth comes from.

Willing to give as much as they take

Can commit to all meetings

Investment Required…

This mastermind operates as a true non-profit mastermind where we all share costs equally. Every penny goes directly into making the experience valuable - there's no organiser taking a cut or hidden profit margins. Here's how it breaks down...

UK Quarterly Meetings

£200-£500 per person per meeting

This covers your share of...

  • Meeting room hire for the full day - we choose premium locations to meet in so we meet in style.
  • We will be fully catered and waited on. Refreshments throughout the day - quality coffee, lunch, and snacks.
  • Group dinner the evening before.
  • External expert fees if we collectively decide to bring someone in to deliver an insightful session or training.

The variation depends on which venue we choose, current seasonal rates, and fees for any external people we bring in.

Annual Overseas Retreat

£1,500-£2,000 per person

Your contribution covers:

  • All mastermind meeting costs for meeting together over the 4-days we'll be together.
  • Group activities (boat trips, wine tasting, cultural experiences).
  • Lunches and refreshments covered during meeting days.
  • Local transportation for group activities if required.
  • External experts and their expenses should we bring someone to give insights or training.

This creates a premium mastermind experience where the focus stays on deep work and relationship building.

We'll coordinate accommodation options as a group to ensure everyone stays at the same hotel, but you'll book and pay for this directly to maintain flexibility for those who might want to extend their stay or bring partners.

What's NOT included:

  • Your travel to and from all venues
  • Accommodation for all meetings. - unless we can negotiate a group rate and share the costs
  • Evening meals the overseas annual retreat
  • Personal expenses and additional meals
  • Any optional activities or extras outside the planned program
